42th Annual Meeting Minutes

Saturday,
August 12, 2017

President Janell Moore opened the business meeting at
11:45 a.m. at the Tioga Heritage Museum
meeting room, with a rental fee of $75. Romeo Morgan opened the meeting in
prayer.

The roll call of officers found two of three officers
present: Janell Moore, President and Melinda Butts, Secretary.

The reading of the minutes of last year's meeting were
read and approved by Carey and Jimmie.

Janell Moore presented
the financial report and additional information was given that Amanda DeFreese
was reimbursed expenses for $45.83.

There were no
committee reports.

Officers were retained by unanimous decision: Janell
Moore, President; Melinda Butts, Secretary; Elvis DeFreese, Historian.

President Moore surveyed those attending and
determined the following:

Oldest was Pat Barron; Youngest was Romeo Morgan;
Farther Traveled was Vicki Littleton; Most Descendants Present; Janell Moore.

Births included: Elanor Norah Renfrow 11-9-2016, John
H. McClain 8-2-2017

Death included: Joe LaCroix 11-4-2016

The meeting date and location for 2018 reunion were
discussed, and the motion to have it at this same location on August 11, 2018,
was made by Carey, and seconded by Jimmie.

Melinda Butts challenged all members present to
contact at least 3 people for the 2018 reunion, to try to up attendance, with
other suggestions being offered, such as a robocall being made.

There being no further business, the meeting was
adjourned with prayer by Janell Moore.
